The house is located on a long stretch of beach in the northern area of Cartagena, just 10 minutes by car from the historic center.

The property offers spacious sunbathing areas. It has a sunbathing area around the pool and access to the beach by simply crossing the street to enjoy the sea or a good bonfire and pleasant nights in a Caribbean atmosphere of sand, breeze and sea.

• Additional hours can be paid directly at home.

Failure to comply with the rules is applied when breaking any of these rules, resulting in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and the expulsion of all guests from the property without the right to a refund of the reservation money.
