Also very close to the main hotels, shops and restaurants of the Historic Center of Cartagena. It offers an interior atmosphere of an impeccably restored colonial house with only 3 exclusive apartments. The floors in earth and blue tones and walls painted in pastel tones are complemented by the warmth of the wood that adorns its ceilings and doors. Columns, lintels, plaster and wood moldings constitute a nice distinctive detail.

The spacious and comfortable living-dining room on the first floor of the apartment is exquisitely decorated with unique pieces and offers a view of the central garden of the house with leafy trees and varied tropical vegetation. On this level is also the kitchen and access to a generous shared pool with areas for sunbathing and socializing. A sculptural bronze staircase leads to the second level where the main room with private bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool is located. On this same floor is the second bedroom and a bathroom. All floors and bathrooms in the apartment are marble. On the third level is the private solarium viewpoint with a view of the La Popa convent. The apartment offers as a whole a very pleasant stay in one of the most recognized sectors of the Historic Center of Cartagena De Indias.
