DESCRIPTION:This excellent property is located in the historical walled center of Cartagena.
It relies on a pretty architecture that contrasts elegantly with the environment in which it is.

The property offers wide three level to the guests with a minimalist concept, the first level with a great lounge to realize social events, a diner corner a modern and cozy swimming pool in the middle of the first level;
In the second level the property has three bedrooms, all of them with air conditioning, ventilators and elegant private bathrooms.

In the last level, we find a hospitable and sunny terrace from where it is possible to enjoy the beautiful sight of Cartagena while keeping total privacy. There is also a BBQ.

Nightly rate

  • Entire House: $ 3.300 US Dolar.

The tariffs include 3 house employees and all service costs.

Our tariffs do not include taxes. To rent our houses we set up a contract. We require a security deposit of a day’s rent. We need 50% of the total payment to guarantee the availability and the other 50% plus the security deposit have to be paid 10 days before arrival. Forms of payment: bank transaction, credit card or cash.

June 15 to August 15, October 01 to October 15 and November 9 to November 15
