Easter, December 15 to January 15

Rate per night 8 nights minimum

  • The whole house: USD 2.200.

Prices include 3 service employees and all service charges.

These rates do not include TAX (IVA). We are a common regime. To separate the houses a temporary lease is made. A deposit of one night's value is required in case of damage. The reservation must be made with 50% to guarantee availability and the other 50% + the value of the deposit must be paid 10 days before entering the property. Payment method: Bank transfer, consignment, credit card, check or cash.

June 15 to August 15, October 01 to October 15 and November 9 to November 15

Rate per night 4 nights minimum

  • Whole house: 1.600 usd.
