DESCRIPTION: This magnificent house is located in the historical walled center of the city of Cartagena. Its beautiful architecture contrasts with the elegant surrounding in which it is found.

It has an excellent view of the ocean and the most impressive domes of the walled city, “Casa Baloco” is a five level restored house where you can enjoy large spaces exquisitely decorated with sobriety and originality. Spaces where you and your family can enjoy in comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning and a pool, a terrace on the third level, or if your prefer, a cozy family room with movie projection.

  • Accomodation: 5 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds

All of our bedrooms have cable television, telephone and private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathtub and a private terrace. The house has a modern Jacuzzi in one of the terraces.

"Casa Baloco" can comfortably lodge 14 people. They will enjoy the service of one of our employees and q fully equipped kitchen to serve their gastronomical tastes.

Nightly rate

  • Entire House: $ 4.950 US Dolar.

The tariffs include 2 house employees and all service costs.

Our tariffs do not include taxes. To rent our houses we set up a contract. We require a security deposit of a day’s rent. We need 50% of the total payment to guarantee the availability and the other 50% plus the security deposit have to be paid 10 days before arrival. Forms of payment: bank transaction, credit card or cash.

June 15 to August 15, October 01 to October 15 and November 9 to November 15
